Café Mona La Bistro is a must-visit spot! I had their cheesesteak crepe and it is to die for, and paired with a Turkish coffee, it's a match made in heaven. The atmosphere is super cozy, with a European vibe that's perfect for a casual brunch or breakfast. Some others rave about their crepes, omelets, and sandwiches and I agree with them!
I had a beautiful lunch today at cafe Mona, the veggie omelette was delicious and fruit was so fresh. Biscoff crepe was so amazing perfect level of sweetness. The deck is cutest outdoor seating in Pittsburgh!
Everyone here is so kind and sweet. Love their veggie options and they’re so so flexible with add ons! I didn’t like their Nutella shake as much but otherwise everything was great. Love this spot for breakfast or brunch. I had the veggie mushroom sandwich which was very flavourful and delicious! Beautiful ambience and a great spot for dates and for meeting friends. Not a coffee lover but my husband said their Turkish coffee was amazing! Will visit again for sure!
What a fun place with delicious food! Service was a little to be desired but nothing a little patience remedies. The place gets a good amount of that brunch-time sun! The art on the walls is sooooo pretty. And the food... mmmmm the foooood. The fruit and sauce on the delicious French Toast was fresh and not overly sweet. The portabello crepe was so tender and savory. All of it just melted in my mouth. The cappuccino was also tasty. I always enjoy trying different roasts and theirs was unique and good.
A very beautiful cafe. It is right down the street from our Airbnb which is fitting for our visit here in Pittsburgh. We went for a breakfast, had iced chai tea, different kind of crepes for each of us. Both crepes and chai tea is really delicious!! The server was friendly and stayed on top of everything. The place itself is generous and we enjoyed the international favored decorations. Definitely highly recommended!
We had a delicious meal at a delightful spot today! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The coffee, mocha and various dishes we had were absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to visit Pittsburgh again to enjoy another visit!
Came in on an extremely cold tuesday by myself to grab some coffee and something to eat. They were so nice and welcoming. Amazing service and the food was phenomenal. Food came out extremely fast. Was talking to the owner for a while and he mentioned having a second location as well and even a taco shop downtown that i will definitely be visiting. 5 stars hands down for me
Stopped in for brunch. The menu has so many interesting items to select from. We had an omelette and the Biscoff Croissant French Toast. Delicious, highly recommend. It was fairly crowded but the service was great. Will return again to try more of the menu
The owner, staff, atmosphere, everything is amazing about this place! The quality of the food in the menu are top notch and they have such great outdoor seating area on the back covered with canopy of colorful umbrellas. Perfect for brunches, breakfasts, or casual meetings
Breakfast was delicious. Love the atmosphere. Coffee was delicious. They roast their own with a combination of Turkish and Colombian beans which makes for a fantastic blend. Will definitely be back! The back patio with the colorful umbrellas is awesome.
